Probably world smallest cellphone?

This phone, manufactured by SMS Australia, claimed as the smallest phone in the world. The M500 watch phone weigh only 60 gram and has 1.5 inch screen with 120 x 160 pixel. Australia is not really known as phone maker. This must be a big leap for Australian manufacturer.

What is the specification? It supports quad band, means that it can be brought to US network. The screen is touchable and completed with stylus. The package includes 400 mAh battery which can be used up to 200 minutes of talk time and 80 hours standby time. It also support GPRS, Java, WAP, MP3 music player, MP4 video player, bluetooth connection, and USB port.

The product is available in white or black metal with leather strap. Completed with 128 MB internal memory, you don’t need to put your phone into your pocket anymore. The official site doesn’t mention when will it be launched.
