iPhone for invention of the year
Time magazine selected Apple’s iPhone as the invention of the year. The previous winner was Google-acquired Youtube. There are five reasons why they picked iPhone above anything else, although lots of complaining come from unsatisfied users.
Reason number one is the design is sleek and pretty, which is Apple’s regular culture for all of its products. Reason number two is the good use of user interface via innovating touchscreen. Reason number three, iPhone indirectly create competition among other phone makers to make better product.
Reason number four, iPhone is not just a phone. It is a platform. It brings Mac OS X, which actually make it another portable computer. The last reason is there will be more and more development of iPhone to come. Just like its successful mp3 player, iPod, iPhone will evolves and completed with better features.
Do you agree with Time’s opinion?
