Toshiba Portege new phone line up

Toshiba tried to re-branding its well-known Portege to new smartphones. Powered by long time partner Microsoft's Windows Mobile, this small computer will likely be Nokia's communicator form factor. The series named G920 and G910 respectively.

Nokia moved four early stage production lines to Korea

As part of reorganization and labor shortage, Nokia planned to move four production lines from Salo factory, Finland, to Korea. Those four are categorized as early stage production, while six early stage stayed remained. The final assembly will be focused in Salo.

Leaked in the internet, the new slim clamshell of Sony Ericsson. Z660, the next in line of stylish and fashionable clamshell series, may represent RAZR form factor with W880 feature. N-Gage exclusive for Nokia N81 and N81 8 GB

People who miss the absent of N-Gage, Nokia's arm in gaming phone form, now can use Nokia N81 (and its 8 GB variant) to play their favorite games. Those handsets will have exclusive access to the pre-release version of the N-Gage application and one or more N-Gage games. The release is scheduled this December 20. Korea and Japan lead in mobile advertising

Advertising is now reaching mobile sector. As new media, not many advertising service has been implemented successfully. Among all countries surveyed, Korea and Japan, as predicted, take in lead in this area. According to ABI Research, the total value of all mobile advertising and marketing will reach $1.2 billion in Japan and $684 million in South Korea by 2012.
