Symbian powered 30 million Japan’s phone in 2007
Symbian turned out to be successfully delivers service for 30 million Japan’s phone until November 2007. To date, a total of 69 mobile phone models based on Symbian OS have launched in Japan by six Symbian customers: Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Nokia, Motorola, Sharp and Sony Ericsson. Definitely a breeze for Symbian since nowadays the competition among mobile operating system is getting tougher with Windows Mobile, Linux and Mac (as in iPhone).
