Last attraction of Sony Ericsson extravaganza are the clamshell phones. One is Walkman, one is fashion phone. Both are equally slim. The W980, is going to be the next ultimate Walkman series. The phone has 8 GB internal memory! Good enough to save up to 2000 songs (approximately 1 song is 4 MB in size).

Besides Walkman feature, the phone has internal display is 2.2-inch 262K color one with QVGA resolution, while the external sports the rather unusual 176 x 176 pixel resolution with the same amount of colors. It also features an FM transmitter allowing it to broadcast music through radio waves to any FM radio-enabled device. For camera side, it is equipped with 3.2 megapixels camera.

It is HSDPA enabled and will be available in Piano Black color. W980 is expected at market on Q3 2008.

Z770, on the other hand, is not full with functional coverage. Of course, the price is more affordable. It’s web browsing centric much like the Sony Ericsson K660. The phone is HSDPA enabled, hold 2 megapixels camera, 32 MB internal memory and Memory Stick Micro (M2) slot.

It will be available in 3 colors, Vogue Red, Graphite Black and Exquisite Gold, and be available Q2 2008.
