China produce 594.4 million mobile phones in 2007; unfortunately …
Well you know, like always, 46.4 million were illegal. That’s about 7%. Not bad for the big reds.
China’s mobile phone sales volume reached 180.7 million units, amounting to 16% of the world total. Still in 2007, the global mobile phone output reached 1.141 billion units, of which 52 percent was from the Mainland China, exceeding 50% for the first time.
Yeah ….. here we comes; The Real Tiger of Asia.
