League of Mobile Platform season 2008
Game console have a league and so does the mobile platform. If console has three big player (Sony PS, Xbox, and Wii) then this mobile platform league also has the same; Google Android, Apple iPhone, and Old Caesar Microsoft Windows Mobile. - The most hyped of other player
- Developed by an alliance of over 30 companies (LG and HTC to name a few)
- Aims to be the open platform
- Its openness will give users and companies a flexibility to adopt in
- Focus on web application
- Very suitable for people in Asia
Apple iPhone
- Strong brand name (come on, you know who is she?)
- Many people are obsessed with iPhone
- Less technology (doesn’t support 3G yet)
- Unsuitable for business guy but cool enough for entertainment
- Closeness!
Windows Mobile 6
- Everyone will mostly know this platform because they used to see it on their PC
- Enterprise function ready
- Strong support on office suite and other application from their Momma
Who’s gonna win? We’ll see it in 2009.
