Taliban regret their attack on telecom towers
For everybody, including those Taliban fighter, there is no such a good thing to make a call without that towers. Except if you were a bat with all of their night features. Yup, you were not!
The stories start here:
Taliban were worried (and shouldn’t they) if their enemies used their phone signals to track them all at night. So, they destroyed (or read it via 3GWeek) some of them (10 out of 2000). Well, perhaps those fighter are right about this. Anyway, most of them now are regretting this attack since this foolish act is not only bad for enemies but also for themself. They can’t talk to each other for the next military mission.
So, who’s got the advantage of this ridiculous telecom tower attack? Almost none. The government suffered. The investors did too. Worse, the innocent civilian is probably the most suffered element in this case.
One of the Afghan citizen live in Zhari district at Kandahar, Haji Jan Ahmed Aqa made a very good comment on this. He argued that someday if those Taliban have problems with daytime I think they will shutdown the network at daytime as well.
Whoops, Taliban worst enemy will be the Afghan public itself. Don’t let it happen.
