3GToday.com site closed
When I searched about 3G technology this morning, I found that one of my favorite sites, 3GToday.com has been closed. This is the only message on the site:
Thank you for visiting 3G Today. As 3G mobile technology is now a well established global reality with more than 550 million subscribers worldwide at the end of the 3rd Quarter, 2007, we have decided that this site has served its purpose in informing the Internet masses and will now be retired.
Please refer to the links below for 3G operator, subscriber and device information:
CDMA Development Group (CDG)
The Global mobile Suppliers Association (GSA)
GSM World (GSMA)
UMTS Forum
Since I haven’t visited this site long time enough, so I don’t know when it was terminated effectively. Does anyone know? Please kindly share here, I need the exact date for documentary purpose.
