Nokia will launch Morph in 2012 …
The future of Nokia’s design in mobile phone is here at this year’s New York Design Week. Yes, out for todays via the touch of Finnish-based design firm, Provoke (its website is pretty weird for me). Provoke puts three mantras into this concept; Express, Feel and Share.
Express
The Express is all about personal, “expressions”, which means, in basic terms, users can customize the interface, or even the colour of their phone.
Feel
means that users are able to send touch-simulating messages.
Share
It must be because Provoke seems to be affected by Web 2.0 euphoria; Facebook, MySpace, Digg, and Twitter. The designers said, “By tagging content to locations, group members can challenge each other. Actual and virtual worlds will blur”.
Is this the preview of Morphs?
Probably yes. You can see the image below which will remind us to Nokia’s famous cellphone concept, Morph. If this design had gone through then customers may purchase this gizmo at least in 2012. Four years ahead.
Almost similar with Morph concept isn’t?
