Haier and ZTE are top two cellphone vendor

The elegance Haier need not to be underestimate no more.

Can’t believe it. It is not Nokia or Samsung which become the world’s fastest growth cellphone vendor in term of shipment in 2006 to 2007. Yet a Chinese company called Haier! Followed by its China’s fellow, ZTE. Haier, a company which is popularly known as the world’s 4th largest home appliance manufacturer seems to have a serious scenario in handset business. Watch out Nokia, Samsung, and LG!

Besides this growth, the $7,500.00 (worldwide enterprise license) report by Forward Concepts also forecasted that annual global handset volume growth will reach 10 percent, with North America growing by 8 percent, Europe by 4 percent and Japan will go negative. China and India will maintain their role as driving volume, but in terms of subscriber growth, developing markets like Vietnam, Peru, India and Egypt lead the way.
