Free ringtone for your iPhone and cellphone from Audiko
Chris Pirillo, the famous geek from USA had published an interesting post in his blog. The title is somewhat political, “Do You Want to Make your own iPhone Ringtone for Free?” Well, I considered this post as a political one since the point is actually more general than just about the iPhone itself.
Okay, the main idea is about Audiko. What is that? It is a service that will allow you to upload any songs you like (or via entering the URL of it) then choose some fragment of that song to become your own 40 second-ringtone. Luckily, Audiko is not an iPhone-centric service, you can also use this service to create ringtone for your own cell phone, which is not an Apple-made. Again, you even do not need to create any account for this. Wow, amazing ….
So how much you will pay for this awesome service? Absolutely free! Wow, are you kidding me Wim? No absolutely not. Though my phone is not yet support the MP3 format (see how old my cellphone is), I can also use Audiko to create a fragment of a song which I like; Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.
