Sony Ericsson W707 (Alicia) is canceled
The reason why I don’t write anything about Sony Ericsson W707-codenamed Alicia-is this news. Michell Bak from Se-nse confirmed that this Alicia phone is canceled and will not be announced in public when Sony Ericsson announce their new Walkman line ups on July 22.
Sony Ericsson is about to unveil W302, W585/W595, and W902. They creates a countdown page to commemorate the 3 years anniversary of their Walkman section. When I visit the site, it measures 2 days, 2 hours and 4 minutes to reach the July 22 announcement.
However, due to unsatisfying Q2 financial report, 2000 people will be sacked by the company. I don’t know if Walkman series will be able to celebrate their 4 years anniversary. Let’s give finger crossed for Sony Ericsson.
