Chile: the first to receive Blackberry Bold
Well, Research in Motion has picked Chile as the first country to receive Blackberry Bold. This is quite surprising since I haven’t heard so much about Chile positioning in global mobile market. Moviestar Chile is the lucky operator to sell Blackberry Bold. One consideration, Chile is also included into iPhone 3G’s country list and is going to sell it very soon.
In Chile, Blackberry Bold will be offered at 299,990 Chile pesos or US$ 588 and two years contract. Not a cheap one though! This official news confirms that Australia is not the first to receive this new Blackberry handset.
