Let’s get started! This week’s news is filled with 2008 Beijing Olympics coverage and update of iPhone 3G’s next launch. The launch (and approval) of Nokia N85, Sony Ericsson T700, Sony Ericsson C902 Titanium Silver (for James Bond latest movie), Blackberry Bold, and Motorola new ROKR series has also grabbed our attention. In review section, we are lucky to test geotagging feature of Nokia N78.

2008 Beijing Olympics

Beijing Olympics has grabbed world attention nowadays. China managed to create beautiful extravaganza in opening ceremony, hopefully the closing will be as grande as the opening. For us who cannot attend the sport celebration directly, Yahoo! helps us cover the story right in our mobile phone using their Yahoo! Go. If we want to read from many sources, Mippin assists us to aggregate the feeds to our cell. As olympics motto said: Citius, Altius, Fortius; may the faster, higher, and stronger side win!

Apple and iPhone 3G

After successfully creating hype for the launch of iPhone 3G in several countries, Apple is going to strike again. On August 22, they will sell iPhone 3G in several new countries, in Asia including Philippines, India, and Singapore.
