Nokia N96 will have US$ 895 price tag!
It is indeed a sophisticated superb phone. It can do anything related with multimedia. But is it worth to pay US$ 895 (with no contract) for this beauty?? DailyTech confirmed that Nokia N96 will be brought in the USA with that amount of price tag.
Brought by AT&T (probably on September or October), the phone is actually very good! Even better, in my opinion, if compared to iPhone 3G (of course with neglecting MacOS and Safari). Yet, I don’t think the phone is worth enough for US$ 895. As comparison, Nokia N95 8GB was initially sold at US$ 650. Maybe I should by notebook instead if having that amount of money to spend (plus another US$ 200 and you will get a Macbook).
What do you think, my fellow readers? Will you buy this phone at this rate?

I love this phone, but almost $1k is a hefty price, but I think I would pay for though. Lets look at the iphone v1; people paid (and still pay on auctions) almost the same or more when it first can out, but with less features. The features is what is captivating. The ablility to expand up to another 8 - 16 GB (16 gb micro release time unknown) giving you either 24 or 32 gb on the phone, making it easier to not have to carry a laptop 30 times the size. So for a geek like me, life is better. Unlike the iphone, I don’t think there will be a price cut. This keeps it kind of rare, you might say, but I’ve been wrong b4.
