SE Xperia in non-Windows Mobile? Possible!
You are in love with Sony Ericsson Xperia X1? But still not convinced, whether the Windows Mobile 6.1 it brought will boost your interest? Or probably you have a wild dream of having Xperia with Linux or UIQ? Well, all of that are possible, at least that was what Magnus Andersson, Product Manager for the X1 said.
According to him, Xperia is not married to any technical platform. Means, there will be chance that Sony Ericsson someday will collaborate with OpenMoko or UIQ (again) for re-defining Xperia. Of course, this move depends on this phone’s sales this year end, when Christmas is coming. Let’s hope and pray that Xperia will be massively accepted by most consumer worldwide.

I would kill for a UIQ X1. What a great phone let down by Windows OS!
