Spice S-580 for Indian market
Spice and spicy food are the trademarks of India, now it also has Spice mobile as its country’s representative. The Indian mobile manufacturer launched the slim musical handset, named as Spice S-580. Dedicated for local market, the phone has unique feature called Dazzle Ringtone. It enables users to listen to a fresh ringtone everytime they receive call. The secret is by shuffling the music from the list of 10 user-selected playlist. Other music-optimized features include MP3 player, FM recording, and playback. To support the music ability, the phone will have expandable memory, up to 2 GB.
Other that that, the phone will have standard features like one-touch torch light, mobile tracker and GPRS & WAP functions along with the schedule SMS facility to alert users to send an SMS and call blacklist facility to bar calls from numbers that they would rather do without. The phone will be available with Rs 2,249 (USD 46.25) price tag. A real competitor for Nokia’s new affordable devices.
