Nokia 5800’s clone: released before its original
Definitely, two thumbs up for local Chinese manufacturer. The original phone, Nokia 5800, has not shown up in the market, but the clone has already there. Not in Symbian S60 touchscreen of course, usually it comes with STK, an OS mostly used by China manufacturer. The picture above is not real picture of the phone’s display, it is originally belongs to Nokia 5800.
If we take a look at the clone, it is obvious that the phone is having a TV capability, thanks to the large external antenna. Anyway, the phone is called Li 5800, not very far from original. Li 5800 has 3 inch screen wide, but only with 240 x 400 pixels resolution, while Nokia 5800 has 360 x 640 pixels resolution. Be patient my friend if you would like to taste the Nokia-made iPhone’s competitor.
