Finally, Internet phones for North Korea
North Korea has begun limited Internet service for mobile phone users, allowing them to access limited websites through their phones, according to a government website.
North Korea introduced an advanced mobile phone network in partnership with Cairo-based Orascom Telecom in December. That marked the first time that North Koreans were allowed to use cell phones since a previous, short-lived mobile service was shut down without explanation in 2004.

Internet phones are sweeping the world … even in North Korea. But wow… the first time they were allowed to use cell phones?? Seriously, that’s not cool!
I wonder what countries don’t allow cell phone usage in this day and age.
