NSN conducted 3G-successor network trial

Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) announced to be successful in trying their Long Term Evolution (LTE), next generation network to succeed 3G. In its announcement, Nokia Siemens Networks said it had completed the world's first multiuser field trial of LTE in an urban environment. The trial, which was in Berlin, utilized 20MHz of bandwidth in the 2.6GHz spectrum, which is set for a hotly contested auction in the U.K. next year.

Toshiba Portege new phone line up

Toshiba tried to re-branding its well-known Portege to new smartphones. Powered by long time partner Microsoft's Windows Mobile, this small computer will likely be Nokia's communicator form factor. The series named G920 and G910 respectively.

Leaked in the internet, the new slim clamshell of Sony Ericsson. Z660, the next in line of stylish and fashionable clamshell series, may represent RAZR form factor with W880 feature. Korea and Japan lead in mobile advertising

Advertising is now reaching mobile sector. As new media, not many advertising service has been implemented successfully. Among all countries surveyed, Korea and Japan, as predicted, take in lead in this area. According to ABI Research, the total value of all mobile advertising and marketing will reach $1.2 billion in Japan and $684 million in South Korea by 2012.

Toshiba to launch 920T sliding phone

Toshiba plan to unveil its latest 920T phone. It will be a 3G sliding phone and equipped with built-in 1 GB memory. Another features are 1seg support, 3.24 megapixels camera, GPS function, and up to 5.3 hours of recording time. The phone will only available in Japan market. Source: aving

LG Viewty for Korean market

The phone is back to its motherland. After being introduced in Europe on October 2007, LG Viewty (also known as LG-SH210/KH2100/LH2100), made its path to Korean market. 3GWeek Rumor: iPhone to be launched with 3G in Europe

Rumor spreads out that iPhone that will be launched in Europe is going to be equipped with 3G. News came from SevenClick, referring to Spanish newspaper El Pais. The newspaper said that Telefonica, Spain biggest operator who also owns O2, will ship iPhone with 3G on May 2008. The release in Spain will take place prior to that in the UK, Germany and France. Vertu Ascent Ti on sale in Indonesia

Vertu Ascent Ti reaches the Indonesia's premium market as it is officially being launched last Tuesday. Giles Rees, Virtu's Regional Director said that the phone is look like a racing car in every angle. The form factor shape is definitely following racing lamp look. Yet another Nokia 8800 series. Nokia released two new series for luxury phones. The first is Nokia 8800 Arte. Compared to previous series, this Arte has been equipped with more improvement, like 3 megapixels camera and 3G network service. There is no memory card available, but 1 GB internal memory will be provided for your need. Connectivity with computer can be performed using microUSB port.

Nokia N82 live picture?

This is most likely the latest Nokia N82 live picture. It is rumored to have 5 megapixels camera completed with xenon flash. It will have Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G, and standard S60 Symbian User Interface. Seems like N-gage gaming application and Music store are also included.
