This phone, manufactured by SMS Australia, claimed as the smallest phone in the world. The M500 watch phone weigh only 60 gram and has 1.5 inch screen with 120 x 160 pixel. Opera Widget for KDDI new handsets

Opera announced that KDDI, one of Japan’s mobile operators, will equipped Opera Widget into its new “au” handsets, Toshiba W56T, Sony Ericsson W54S, and Sanyo W54SA. Sharp 920SH Aquos phone

Following the success of its LCD TV line, Sharp unleashed the new Aquos-technology-integrated phone, 920SH. It is part of Softbank new models. SoftBank Japan announced new model

Japan’s mobile operator SoftBank unveiled 10 new models to compete with other operator. Among those new models, 7 are coming from Sharp alone. The operator formerly known as Vodafone prepares the collection for winter 2007 when then sales usually raises up during Christmas and Year End. Taiwan to spend $664 mln on WiMax
