Google + Dell = Axim + Android?

The two giants in IT industries, Google and Dell, are in the middle of development on creating new device. The handset is rumored to be announced in 3GSM Congress in Barcelona this mid of February. The phone has not yet being in the market, but echo has widely spread, including into classroom. The famous Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) will likely to offer a class about Google's Android-based software development.

DoCoMo in talk for launching Google’s Android

Well, since there is deadlock in "bringing iPhone to Japan" conversation, DoCoMo turns their shot to Google's open handset, Android. As DoCoMo is one of founding member of Open Handset Alliance, the talk is probably resulting much easier.

Google launched iPhone-friendly page

If you access Google frontpage using iPhone, you will see something different. Yes, it is more sleek and of course more fitted with iPhone screen (and iPod Touch). Google managed to create optimized page special for iPhone user. Well, apparently iPhone screen - de facto - has became standard user interface and the website maker need to compromise with it. HTC Omni for Android?

There is some speculation that HTC latest model, Omni, will be built with Google's Android platform. The idea is brought by the fact, Forbes description about Google phone, are all checks for HTC Omni. It is thin, 3 inch width and 5 inch long, feature touchscreen and rectangular screen, slightly beveled, and swivel to one side while revealing full keyboard beneath. Is it going to be come true? This is Google Android preview

Yes. It is official. You can see the Android platform in many kinds of phone since after HTC; Motorola, Samsung, and LG will build their own using Android. Instead of only iPhone-killer-title, I would say, watch out Microsoft, your Windows Mobile is may obsolete soon!

HTC is going to create phone for Google’s Android

Taiwan's phone manufacturer, HTC, has announced to make phone for Google's Android platform. It is expected to be launched in Europe by second half of 2008. The focus of this Android is more to Internet experience than just make a call.

Google purchases mobile social networking company

Following the rumors about the Google Phone or GPhone, Google is sending a clear message to the market: the Internet giant company is really really serious about the mobile ad market. Google's latest acquisition is Zingku, which implemented technology that allows mobile phone users to send photos, friend invites, and conduct polls through a universal platform. Zingku, a tech start-up working on social networking for mobile phones.
