Japan’s largest mobile operator, NTT DoCoMo, is about its latest series created by Panasonic and NEC. The launching date is set on August 15 (tomorrow). Both products are going to use numerical code 706ie. The difference is in initial alphabet. Panasonic is coded with P, while NEC with N.

This report from Telecommunications Carriers Association (TCA), which I got via TechOn perhaps is a strong evidence that iShare’s survey on the beginning of June this year was totally a nonsense. Here is the iShare’s survey conclusion:

Yet another great product from Japan largest mobile manufacturer-Sharp. The CDMA clamshell phone is running under KDDI network and will be branded W62SH (letters after the numbering resembles the creator). The phone is only available in Japan (unfortunately) as today-July 17.

Japan manufacturer, Toshiba, created new Sportio for KDDI au. The phone is sport oriented phone, having motion sensor and “Run&Walk” application to count how many calories has been burned-tagged as au Smart Sport. It works under CDMA 1X Win-au’s CDMA EV DO-and christened as W62T.
