According to ZDNet blogger, the iPhone and the Google Android platform, actually aren’t mobile telephones, but Internet clients.
Internet clients use exponentially more data bandwidth than ordinary digital phones, which use thin streams of compressed data. Maybe several exponentials.

Yes. It is official. You can see the Android platform in many kinds of phone since after HTC; Motorola, Samsung, and LG will build their own using Android. Instead of only iPhone-killer-title, I would say, watch out Microsoft, your Windows Mobile is may obsolete soon!

Taiwan’s phone manufacturer, HTC, has announced to make phone for Google’s Android platform. It is expected to be launched in Europe by second half of 2008. The focus of this Android is more to Internet experience than just make a call.
