After the patent battle last November, Qualcomm and Nokia, the world’s largest cell phone maker, have agreed to a cease-fire in their sprawling patent dispute until they decide if a Delaware court is the best place to settle their differences.

US CDMA pioneer, Qualcomm wins in the patent battle against giant phone manufacturer, Nokia. The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) dropped the Nokia lawsuit due to pending arbitration, the commission said. In the suit dismissed by the ITC, Nokia had requested the ITC bar the importation of certain Qualcomm chips used in cell phones.
