Swiss company, Ascom acquire Argogroup
Ascom, Swiss company with products for in-building wireless communications, has announced to acquire Argo Interactive Ltd. and Argogroup GmbH, the leader in user optimization for mobile services.
Argogroup has become popular as global supplier for mobile and converged service testing using ‘fixed’ probes. Meanwhile Ascom’s Mobile Test Solutions division is an industry leader with its ‘mobile’ (drive and walk) test solutions.
This combination, between ‘fixed’ and ‘mobile’ will result in a best performance that will offer operators a complete view of their network, for both traditional and emerging mobile services.
