This report from Telecommunications Carriers Association (TCA), which I got via TechOn perhaps is a strong evidence that iShare’s survey on the beginning of June this year was totally a nonsense. Here is the iShare’s survey conclusion:

Seems like not only T-Mobile, Samsung, and Motorola that has legal problem. A company named WiAV Solutions (never heard of them) sues big name like Apple, RIM, and Palm for some GSM patents.
