Unfortunately, these phones are not sold in Indonesia and will not work with the country’s cellular network.

I am sorry. DoCoMo is only for Japan (no exception for the rest of the world).

Hi all, dont be disappointed. Docomo phones are now can use in some countries. Yes, indo, malaysia, australia, HK etc does work. All u need to do is buy the hypersim card to unlock the phone. EBay do sell those unlock cards and some latest docomo phones. CHeck it out!

Sure there is unlocking possible. But what’s the use of the phone if the main features do not work (no OneSeg TV, even no MMS, iMode, Mail, Internet)? Wow, you can make phone calls, send SMS (without T9!) and take pictures. Thats all. This you can have much more cheaper
Japanese phones even don’t do MP3 playback, just WMA.
That hypersim card is nice if you already have a japanese phone (as for me, I do live in Japan most of the time). But buying a 906+hypersim just for use outside of japan is ridiculus. Same as buying a Ferrari but never drive with it.
