The country’s second largest cellco Bell Mobility has expanded the network to cover Ottawa, Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville, alongside a new roaming agreement with Aliant to provide its users with EV-DO services in Halifax. Telstra will seek Federal Government reassurance that it has no plans to ask the competition watchdog to regulate its new mobile phone network.
