Willcom, the only PHS operator in Japan, will launch data transmission services using NTT DoCoMo network (country’s largest), as early as this spring. Using this way, Willcom hopes to increase its number of subscribers.

The 4th largest Japan mobile operator, Willcom, unveiled phone powered with Windows Mobile 6.1 that will be available in market since September 11. Seeking to the specification, phone seems to be intended as business phone. There are several pre-loaded productivity applications included.
