As part of reorganization and labor shortage, Nokia planned to move four production lines from Salo factory, Finland, to Korea. Those four are categorized as early stage production, while six early stage stayed remained. The final assembly will be focused in Salo.

Korean manufacturer, LG, launched 2 new phones. Both are categorized as music phones. The first one is Rhapsody LB3300. SteamIron, claimed to be the true Real Time Strategy (RTS) mobile games, will be launched next January 2008 for Korean market. The game will feature multiplayer RTS game for 3G handsets, short and fast-pace game session, and real time 1-vs-1. It is created by Singaporean based studio, Mikoishi.
