RIM: Javelin in Singapore by the end of Q1
Looks like Indonesia (especially Indosat) is way ahead of its neighboring countries. The launching of Javelin last Wednesday marked Indonesia as the first in Southeast Asia country to launch BlackBerry Curve 8900. It is even earlier than in Australia or United States. RIM said that Javelin will be available via SingTel, StarHub, and M1 by the end of Q1, most likely on March. RIM is also about to launch Pearl 8220 (Kickstart) exclusively via SingTel, country’s largest operator.
